Green Smoothie

It is time to make some (green) smoothies!

Yesterday I decided that it was the perfect time to make

a healthy and delicious smoothie and I want to share it with you:


The ingredients for my Spring-smoothie are:

1 banana

1/2 mango

green lettuce (how much you like)

1 orange (squeezed or cut into pieces, but without the peel)

Water (a glass or more)


It does not always have to be a green smoothie. If you want to skip the „green“ you just have to leave out the vegetables and add more fruits instead.


You can always add banana to your ingredients.

I think it´s always a good fit for any smoothie, because it adds a sweet taste (especially when you got a lot of veggies within your ingredients).


At last you blend it altogether. Add as much water as you like. It depends on how liquid, or thick you want your smoothie to be. For me, I like it when it has a bit of a thicker texture.


You can also add some nuts or lemon juice, if you want.


(Green)smoothies are a really good fit for anyone who just does not have that much time to include fruits and vegetables into her/his everyday meal. You can also make the double or triple amount and put the smoothie in your fridge for one ore two days, to save time (if you are busy).
