HEALTHY BANANA PANCAKES
for a delicious start in the morning!
This Sunday morning I was really up for something different. Not just a toast or a müsli like every day. Then I thought about hot tasty pancakes with honey on top of it. So good!
But of course I was very hungry like every morning, so it needed to be quick and also healthy if possible. The first thing I saw was an overripe banana and then I knew exactly what I had to do!
Ingredients for my Healthy Banana Pancakes: (serves two)
- 1 overripe banana (mashed)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp of grounded cinnamon
- 150 ml milk (any kind of milk)
- 12 tbsp of quick oats
- coconut oil for cooking (you can use another oil if preferred)
All you have to do is to whisk the egg in a bowl and add all the ingredients one after another (except the coconut oil).
Then take a pan and heat it. Put the coconut oil in it and let it melt. After that I made little pancakes by taking a table spoon and placing the paste in little circles into the pan and baking it gold brown.
Finally I took some honey and let it run over the pancakes. How delicious!
