- 4 avocados
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- one half leek (you can also use a hole piece but I don’t like it that much so I only used a half)
- juice of one lemon
- salt and pepper
First of all separate the avocado from the core and the peel and put it into a bowl.
Then separate the egg white from the egg yolk and put the egg yolk to the avocado. Mash the egg and the avocado together until it is a smooth texture.
Chop the egg white and the leek into small pieces and put it to the avocado mixture.
Add the lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix it very well.
Now you can try it and then you’ll see if you need any more lemon juice or salt or anything else. There is no exact guideline because everyone has a different taste.
