Banana Oat Muffins

Yesterday I made some really great Banana Oat Muffins with my sister. They are healthy, vegan and tasty. You can also eat them for breakfast! I love to eat them for breakfast, because it is a great alternative to the boring things I eat every day.

 

This recipe is also easy to make, because you don't need a mixer or a blender. You just need a bowl and something to stir.

Ingredients: (10 muffins)

220 g whole grain flour

180 g rolled oats

3 bananas (mashed)

pinch of cinnamon

150 ml oil

150 ml milk (any kind of milk)

5 tbsp agave syrup

5 tsp baking powder

100 g dark chocolate (I took 85% cocoa content)

50 g semi sweet chocolate

Okay here we go!

Firsts of all put the flour, oats, cinnamon, oil, agave syrup, milk and baking powder together and stir well. Then add the mashed bananas and cut the chocolate into peaces and put them in as well.

Finally bake the muffins for 20 minutes with 180°C.
